How do i import closed story to portfolio?

I am trying to import projects into portfolio and need to include closed issues so that we can show progress made thus far prior to using portfolio. I can't seem to get closed stories to show up in the import screen whether i'm importing from a project or filter. the filters do not filter based on status so when searching for filter i can see closed stories, but not in portfolio. please help.

Hi @Vivian Lin,

As Portfolio for JIRA is a forward planning tool, the default filtering inside a plan is set to filter done issues that are older than the current sprint. You can see these filters (and their default settings) under the more button in the filter menu.

Have a look to see if changing those filters helps you.

This page here, will detail the other filters that exist inside of Portfolio.

Allard
