How do I reinstall Advance Roadmaps in JIRA 8.15

New to all this so be gentle....

I uninstalled Advance Roadmaps in testing on a 8.15 server instance, now can't figure out how to reinstall it in the app/addon. Followed the instruction on the pages.

https://confluence.atlassian.com/advancedroadmapsserver/installing-the-advanced-roadmaps-app-802170481.html

and

No dice trying to figure out if I can recover it or reinstall from a file.

Hi @Shazam,

I would definitely recommend reaching out to support as @Jamie Rogers suggests. We have had some teething problems with this sort of thing following the way in which Advanced Roadmaps is bundled. The support team should be able to provide you with the files that you need to install manually.

I think it would be really useful to understand the steps that you followed to arrive at this point. Were you following steps that you had done on previous Jira versions? Why were you uninstalling the bundles? Any information you can provide will help us to prevent other customers from running into these problems,

Regards,

Dave

I am not sure based on those links - You could try reaching out to Atlassian support as it is now 'bundled' as part of the core Jira product and not something separate like before.

You could always reinstall the core binaries (basically a fresh 8.15 instance) and point that to your existing config, app data and database. Not sure on your upgrade process but that is essentially how we do it.
