How do I create a single view of releases where I can "release" them (close them out)?

Edited

Hi, I would like to know how to do the following:

1. Pull up a view of all releases in JIRA (or in my "plan") — same same

2. Hit "release" for the ones that are done

In Portolio, all I can do is "exclude" them, which is not the same and not a solution

In JIRA, I can "release" them but I can't do this all in one place. My JIRA has a large number of projects, and since we have been forced (due to other shortcomings) to use cross-product-releases this has resulted in a proliferation of releases across JIRA so to close one release out will have me going to ~20 slow-loading pages to hit the same button.

Surely there is a way to avoid these two bad options?

Edit: additionally, please don't suggest the JIRA Roadmap Gadget as an option because it doesn't work due to this bug.

Edit 2: Nevermind, it's not due to that bug. It was due to the fact that Releases need to have defined release dates in JIRA for them to show up in the Roadmap Gadget, which of course won't be the case if you have dynamic release dates in Portfolio, so — still doesn't work.
