How do I balance velocity to account fo absenses of team members of different experience levels?

This question is specifically for Portfolio for Jira.
In your plan the Story Point value of your Planned Capacity automatically adjusts when you have absences for different team members.

However some members of my team are more experienced than others and consequently are likely to have a greater impact to the Planned Capacity.

Is there a good way to show this within the Plan?
