How can I search for issues under a top level in Portfolio for Jira CLOUD

Hello,

I'm using Portfolio to manage the hierarchy of my projects.

Here's the hierarchy that I currently use :

  1. Initiative
  2. Phase
  3. Epic
  4. Story
  5. Sub-tasks

Here's my question : how can I search for all the Stories that can be found under a specific project?

Please keep in mind that I have JIRA CLOUD, which means I don't have access to the childissuesof function : issuekey in childIssuesOf("INIT-001")

My environment :

  • JIRA CLOUD
  • Portfolio for JIRA - 1000.157.0
  • JIRA version: 1001.0.0-SNAPSHOT

Hello @Adrien Gaudon,

as far as i know this still isn't possible out-of-the-box.

I'm personally doing this using Scriptrunner for JIRA and it works as easy it reads: https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/latest/jira/jql-functions.html#_portfolio

Hello @informatikus, thank you for your reply. It would be very helpful, but unfortunately, I cannot use the ScriptRunner search query in my boards from what I see, and I cannot fetch it though a REST API, so it's not useful for me.

Thanks anyway !
