Help with How Jira Data Center Uses Capacity
Product: Jira Data Center 8.20.6. (Server)
I am looking for someone to help unravel the mystery on how Jira uses the various elements of "capacity".
In the system administration for time logging, you can set the number of working days a week, as well as hours.
When you create shared teams... you can associate weekly hours with a team member:
You can THEN give a team a weekly capacity...
And finally... in your sprint capacity view... you can edit the individual sprint capacity by team.... (this seems to be the ONLY number Jira actually makes use of...)
Any clue as to how Jira uses each of these numbers?
