EPICs have disappeared from my Plan in Classic project

Hi,

1/ I have a series of EPICs, all completed, which have now disappeared from my Plan  in a Classic project.

2/ I have subtasks that do not appear in my Plan mode but do appear when I click on the EPIC from the PLan and the EPIC opens in a new window

Very annoying - can you help?

Hi @nicolas.smeyers ,

For 1 - it's likely that the epics have been done for more than the configured duration to keep done issues. You can set this under the plan configuration. Depending on which version of Advanced Roadmaps you're using, the setting will be called something like "Excluded completed issues after".

For 2 - make sure you've set the hierarchy to include sub-tasks. If that's not the problem, check your issue sources - perhaps it's a filter that excludes sub tasks?

Thanks,
Angus

Thank you Angus for your answer. All solved now.
