Done status epic not shown correctly in Program Schedule or Scope view

Hiya, there is currently an issue about the JIRA Program display items.

In the scope view of a program, if the epic status is Done then the Schedule start/Schedule end date will be disappeared. In other status like In progress it will use the target dates of the issues. Not sure this is a JIRA bug.

In the schedule view of a program, the completed epic is not shown. Not sure whether this is related to the above issue.jira-program-2.png

It's very hard to track a plan for those completed epics from Program level. Is there any alternative to show all the epics for a plan in Program? I have tried everything I can, e.g. configure the exclusion rule (Exclude any completed issues after 365 days) in plan level, or change the target start date and end date, select ALL status in program, etc., all of them don't work.

Any advice or suggestion is very welcome! What we need is to show all the epics including Done status items, thanks.
