Closed stories disappearing from Advanced Roadmap

hi-  I'm a bit stumped on this one.  I extended the closed issue date range so that anything closed within the last 2 yrs would show up in the roadmap.  I also don't believe its a Resolution Date issue as some closed stories show up within roadmap. It seems to be the stories that I created specific labels for an in effort to create filters that are not showing up. 

Example:  I have closed stories within label " Monitoring_Team" not displaying but if I  deselect that label other closed stories with same workflow are populated.
