Capacity planning in Portfolio

Hi,

we implemented Jira in our organisation few month ago and we start investigating Portfolio for our capacity planing.

during the research we raised 2 questions I couldn't find any answer:

1. After creating a plan how do I export it to x ls / csv?

2. After creating a plan, I see the capacity in %. is there an option to define the capacity as numbers.
meaning: I want to know how many days (in my case is quarters per man we invest in each theme / epic
