We found that if a work item is assigned with FixVersion which has a date, this item will get planned in Portfolio tool ahead of other items who ranked higher but without a FixVersion. This has caused some issues in our plan view. Is it possible that Portfolio provide a setting allow us to turn it off ( means the work will get planned strictly by ranking, not impacted by FixVersion field.) thanks!
