Can I set up additional exclusion rules beyond the default options?

Apart from default exclusion rules (i.e. # Exclude any completed issues after, # Exclude issue types, # Exclude statuses, and #Exclude releases. Can I set up additional exclusion rules specific for my needs?

Hi @Akinwale.Olurebi

Not natively, there's not an option to add custom exclusion rules - for example, using JQL queries, like in Quick Filters on Boards.

It's a good idea though - I'd recommend raising it as a feature request in JAC.

For now, I think your main options would be to either...

  • Issue Source: Make this a Search Filter, so you can use JQL to limit what Issues are included within the filter's search query.
  • Filters: Use these on the Plan view itself, to limit what is shown - and save the view.
