Auto-addition of new projects to the plan

I need to organize the process of monitoring all current projects in jira software for the head of the company. Since many new projects are being created, can I create a plan to which new projects will be automatically added?
Or maybe you can tell me a more convenient way to monitor and plan all projects.

Thank you in advance!

Hi @Екатерина ,

It depends on what you want. I think it boils down to personal preference. What I will do is create a filter (in which you will filter the specific information you want from each project, which I'm sure will include new projects as they are formed) and then create a dashboard with that filter, you can select the type of gadget in the dashboard based on what you want to monitor and also don't forget to check the refresh section when creating the dashboard. You can have a refresh rate of 15minutes, so every 15 minutes, the board refreshes and gives you new updates if there are any.

And if you want the head of the company to see the dashboard, you will give him/her permission to view both the dashboard and the filter.

Ismail.
