Are business project types/boards excluded from Portfolio?

In the dropdown selection for Issue Sources withing my Portfolio, all my business projects/boards do not appear. They are essentially Kanban boards, so why is this the case?

Hey @Vivian Tang! I just tested in one of our demo instances and was able to add a Jira Core (Business) project as an issue source to a Portfolio Plan.

(JIRA v7.3.1 / Portfolio for Jira v2.15.0)

Try adding the project itself rather than the board. This should have the same results as you wouldn't be sprinting in a Jira Core project anyway.

Hope this helps!

Hi, this has resolved the issue but can you please let me know why a business project board is not a board?
