Advanced Road Map - update due date when "Estimates (d)" column updated

Edited

I am new to Advanced Road Map.  Is there a way that when I update my "Estimates (d)" column that it automatically adjusts my due date (planned finish date)?  This would be much like using the duration in Microsoft Project.  If I move my duration from 2 to 5 days, it will automatically push my planned finish date out by 3 days and adjust any dependency taks dates based on this adjustment.  This is very crucial in Project Managment especailly if you are managing multiple projects because having to manually adjusts the dates will be a nightmare and there is room for user error.  If there is, how do I do this?   Are there any live webinars for Advanced Roadmaps where I can actually ask the experts some of these questions or even an expirt at Atlassian that I can talk with directly?

Thank you,

Jeanne

Hi @Jeanne Higgins

Advanced Roadmaps has an Auto-schedule feature that can plan the work based on various inputs. There are lot of such features in it, I made a free course to help people understand how to use Advanced Roadmaps with a real world example.

Check if you plan is configured to use hours and make sure dependencies are set. I also recommend going through the official documentation for up to date information on various features.

I hope it helps.

Ravi

Ravi,  Hi.  I am so happy you have these free course/videos available.  I wish I knew earlier.  I am going to start listening to them.

Thank you,

Jeanne
