Why stories sometimes do not show up on my plan? Most stories do but some not?

I have the initiative filter bringing in the initiatives and associated epics and stories, but sometimes some stories do not show on the plan even though they are recent. They are not excluded from the plan.

We have a comprehensive write up which I'll link below on the various reasons that stories may be missing from your plan - I'd recommend to first have a look through that list and see if any of the reasons there address your situation!
