Why is the Create Absence link missing?

Edited

When managing my teams availability I want to add in an individual team members absence. I can see the section for Absences but the link to Create Absence isn't displayed.

I think it's possibly because we're just on the trial version… can someone confirm this please?

Hi Nick,

If you're on the plan directly, looking at the teams tab, you are not able to add in an absence from this location.

Additional details can be found here, but To add in an absence without a shared team on the plan go to Portfolio >> Manage Shared Teams >> People and from this location you can choose the desired user and add an absence which will be reflected on the users absences for the non shared team applied to all plans on the teams tab to review the details.

Let me know if this is the case.

Regards,
Earl
