Shared Teams not showing part of my Advanced Roadmaps Plan

Hi,

I spun up a brand new cloud environment to play around with Advanced Roadmaps

I created 2 shared teams and assigned work to them

It is pulling work into the plan, but it says that my teams are not part of the plan.

I can change the team to the ones suggested, but I can't find this "new" teams anywhere.  I can't even filter on them when I run a JQL.

Could anyone shed some light on this?

I don't want to use the new suggested teams and I have no idea where or how it was created.

Below please find some screenshots

Thought I would post the answer I got from Atlassian

I had to go to the "Teams" tab and remove the associated teams (private teams automatically created if not deleted when the plan was created), as the plan does not pull in the shared teams upon creation.

Next step is to click on "Create Team" and tick the "Add existing shared team", and click on create

I don't see the option for "Add existing"...

Hi Scott,

Can you please send a screenshot of the teams you have manually created and then also the tab where you don't see  "Add existing"...
