Review Changes does not contain any changes

We're using Portfolio. I have someone reporting that the Review Changes button in the top right corner of the screen indicates that there is 1 change.  However, when opening it, there are no changes.  Is this a known bug?

Hi @Laura Hatzenbuhler ,

Thanks for asking this question... we've actually had some issues with this in the past and it does look like you're on an older version of Portfolio so upgrading might fix this issue.

One of the most common reasons we found for this in the past is that changes were made in the "Live Plan" version of the interface and the planning interface was changed to the newer version. If the change is not supported in the new interface (i.e. something like themes, stages or skills) then the Review Changes count would include it, but it would not be visible in the dialog.

I would definitely recommend upgrading to a later version of Portfolio (now known as Advanced Roadmaps) if possible - not least because there are lots of awesome new features in the later versions! It should also solve the problem you're experiencing with the review changes count,

Regards,

Dave

Yes, that is in our plan within the next couple of months.  Thank you for the information!
