When attempting to narrow down access for a plan in Advanced Roadmaps, we are unable to locate our group within the search field. We are only shown a certain amount of items that match outrsearch. Is there any way we can increase the amount of line items through that search view?
Thank you,

Hello @Hamza Chundrigar ,
Appreciate you reaching out. I have provided a screen shot for review.
Hope this screen shot provides enough perspective into my inquiry.
Thank you,

Thank you for providing a screenshot @Wansze Kong
We use Advanced Roadmaps for Jira Cloud. I see that you are using/on the server version. I haven't used Portfolio for Jira Server too extensively so I'm afraid I might not have the exact answer you're looking for.
In the Cloud version, there is an option to scroll up and down the dropdown list of groups and users (as you can see in the screenshot below).
So based on that, I would have to say that this may either be a bug or simply not available due to the backend of the application (therefore an opportunity for improvement). It seems that you would have to type out the closet match in the search field in order for the group in question to appear on your screen.
Perhaps someone else in the community (either someone who actively uses Portfolio for Jira Server or someone from the Atlassian team) can shed more light on this matter. Alternatively, if you wish — you could also raise a support ticket to Atlassian directly. I'm sure they'd be happy to confirm for you.
I hope you get your query resolved!
Have a great day,
Hamza
Hello @Hamza Chundrigar
The scroll option is available to me, but its not showing in the screen shot as my mouse was not hovering over the area. The scroll option does allow me to see some line items but not all of them. I'll be submitting a support ticket for review of this issue.
Thank you,

Got it!
I tried skimming through a list of issues (after applying different types of filters) to see if this particular scenario was marked as a bug by anyone else but couldn't find one. Granted, there are over 50,000 issues though haha :)
But yes, I still think raising a support ticket for confirmation would be a good option.
Cheers
