Some of the issues are missing after few days. I can see them when I'm looking in the board which is the issue source, but not in the plan. I didn't remove them or their release from the plan.
When I clone the issue - and load the issues again, then I see it in portfolio (only the clone, not the source).
Your issue could be closed for longer than 30 days (time span ist configurable) or part of a release that isn't marked as part of the plan in the imported issues configuration.

The release is selected and the issue is open.
I created a new plan with this source and it did show there.
