Hi all,
We use Jira portfolio live plans, and would like to see the following data in the plan:
Portfolio epic -> Epic -> story and so on.
We can see it and use it as expected.
However, we also want to see items that are completed, and here we found that not all completed items appear in the plan.
We tried to configure the plan by using:
Scope view -> more -> completed items + set the "completion date", but we still have "closed" issues that do not appear.
We also tried to change the "issue sources" to use "project = MyProject", and also filter that searches all issues in my project.
Jira Portfolio version is 2.13.3.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Yael
