I'm fairly new to Jira and one of the projects a vendor set up for us has the ability to create a sprint. The project i set up does not have an option for a sprint. This could really come in handy for planning our work (I'm working an an acquisition).
The project is a company managed project (I'm a global admin) and the "type" of project says "business project".
We are using the cloud version.
I looked in project settings and i don't see anything that says sprint. Can you please help?
Hi @RSavage_stellarindustrial_com
Welcome to the community!
If a project says it is a "Business project", then it is a Jira Work Management style project, which don't have the ability to have sprints.
You need to create a Jira software project and use the Scrum template to have the ability to create and work within Sprints.
