JQL query on "target start" or "target end" is one day off.

Portfolio for Jira surfaces "target start" and "target end" on features.  When I use a JQL query with those fields it is one day off.  Are my dates configured incorrectly?

Hello @Tracy Anderson, did you ever end up solving this issue? I have the same thing occurring so I was hoping you could share the resolution.
