Is there a way to get Advanced Roadmaps on the Jira Cloud Standard package?

I found this link and can see there's so much more functionality for Roadmaps by using Advanced Roadmas.  https://confluence.atlassian.com/advancedroadmapscloud/monitoring-releases-998651304.html

I asked my Jira team but we only have the Standard package.  

Is there a way to get this, maybe there's a plugin ?

No, to get Advanced Roadmaps, you have to go to premium.  It's no longer "just an app".
