I'm Unable to .. change the Ranking in Advanced Roadmap .. Review and Accept Changes

Hi There:

I'm currently unable to make changes in Advanced Roadmap, then use the Review Changes and Accept it.

I'm getting the following error?  Any thoughts on how to resolve this?Advanced Roadmap Error Cant Review and Save Changes.jpg

Hi @Mike Lemmon

assuming this is a Jira Server or Jira Data Center installation although the message is stating there would be no more details available a look into server logfiles will be necessary probably.

Hopefully they will give a clue in cases like that what is actually happening.

Curious if this has been sorted out after you have posted here? Have you involved Atlassian Support or was it just a short interruption? Or is the problem even persisting?

Thanks for the response, the issue has been resolved.

The Admin did a re-sync .. I think he called it .. and everything then worked.
