I am subscribed to Portfolio for Jira and was using it a couple weeks ago... now I cannot access it

I signed up for Jira, Confluence and Portfolio.

I have full admin ownership of our cloud products.

I see that Portfolio is subscribed to (still in free trial until Jan 27 then billing)

I even used Portfolio and had setup a few initiatives. Now, I cannot access it. No links, nothing.

Where did Portfolio go??

Hi James,

thanks for raising this with us, really appreciated. I'm Albert from the Portfolio for Jira Cloud team and this sounds like a bug we need to investigate. Could you please raise a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ and let me know the ticket number then? Happy to look into this straight away.

Sorry for the inconvenience you experience with Portfolio, I'll do my best to sort this out ASAP.

Best regards,
Albert Kavelar | Portfolio for Jira Cloud

Thanks Albert for following up.

My issue is now resolved. It looked like a permissions issue that got changed after deleting a Jira Project and possibly some other admin changes.
