How to have dependency between plans?

Edited

If I have 2 different plans, and there 2 epics (EpicA and EpicB) with a dependency EpicA from Plan#1 depends on the completion of EpicB from Plan#2.

Is there a way to see in Plan#1 the EpicB and calculate the timeline including EpicB. It's very important that EpicB stays in Plan#2 as it needs to be delivered by a team in Plan#2 and it needs to visible there as well, for accurate planning (a team is from Plan#2 is busy for a while with delivering EpicB for Plan#1.
