Hi
I have a few issues, 4 Done, on my board, which are the issue source for my plan, that are in status- done- are showing up on my board (attachment 1) but are not showing up on my plan (Attchment2)?
I tried moving them, on my board, from Done column to another column- this didn't fix the problem.
Any Help
Hi @Guy Shimoni ,
On the plan configuration, go to "issue sources" tab and you'll find a field "Completed issues" where you can choose how long any completed issues in Jira will remain in your plan.
change to 100 / 364 / 1000 , and you'll see your issues.
Thanks,
Elad.
I set up the "Include completed issues" parameter for 1000 days, but completed issues are missing in the plan. We are using Jira Server.
