Hi Wilson,

Sorry to hear that you have encountered this specific error.  It appears that you are using a Jira Cloud site when trying to use or install Portfolio.  As such, I would like to create a support request with our Cloud support team to better investigate this problem.

However on your account I can see two different Cloud sites in which you are a user.  I could create a support case on your behalf, but first I would need to know which Cloud site URL you are using where you experience this error.
