We are facing some issue with Plan, with JQL query we are able to get the epics assigned to particular user from particular projects but in portfolio plan we are unable to get all the epics assigned to him, one epic is missing in plan. tried all the options but we are unable to find it in plan where we can able to see same issue with JQL. Kindly assist us to resolve this as this is blocking us to go ahead with portfolio/Roadmaps.
Is the missing Epic in an open status or done/completed status? are there any open issues under the missing Epic?
did you try reconfiguring your issue sources and during that, were you able to see the Epic listed in the select issues screen and is the check box selected?
