Does Portfolio 3 reflect links between initiatives and epics in tasks?

Hi, I wanted to know if in the latest Portfolio version initiatives can be seen directly in Jira as tasks in the same way as the other issue types when created inside a plan. Also, I need to know if they show links to associated epics without having to fill it in the task. Thanks in advance.
