Deactivating a CLoud Solution Subscription Before Expiration Date

If Portfolio Cloud expires next month and we need to deactivate to get a renewal quote that does not include Portfolio, do I get credit for the month I already paid for upfront?  I believe the answer is no based on the Terms and Conditions that state a refund will be given only within the first thirty days of buying it.
