Dear,
we have a custom issue type called "Feature".
We use it as an intermediate level between an Epic and a Story.
When we try to build a roadmap, there is no to show our Features.
How can we do that?
Thanks in advance,
Gerardo

Just for clarity, there are two types of Roadmaps...
For Advanced Roadmaps, you first need to modify the Issue Hierarchy to include additional levels. You can see how to do this on this help page.
However, it is only possible to add these additional levels above Epic - not in-between Epic and Story - at this point.
For now, I would...
Once you've set your additional hierarchical levels - you'll need to...
This should be a temporary solution, as the ability to modify Epic to be called Feature is already in progress, see this Article.

Hi @Gerardo Di Giuseppe ,
@Stephen Wright _Elabor8_ is right this isn't supported natively today. However we're working on a solution for this, you can find the details here https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Rename-epics-in-your-company-managed-projects/ba-p/1874726
