In case 2 different users want to collaboratively work on a roadmap, how can this be done?
e.g.
Person 1 has created a roadmap, with a specific 'view'. He wants to share this to Person 2 in that exact view.
Person 2 wants to view this roadmap in that specific view, make a change and have person 1 see it/change it once more.
Is this possible?
Hello @Jens Vanpachtenbeke ,
The functionality you are looking for in a collaborative shared custom view (filters/view settings/columns etc) as a working plan, is something that is currently on our radar for implementation, but not yet avaliable. Currently the plan can be worked on in tandem by users with edit permissions but the view's avaliable customization settings are defined by the individual user.
We are tracking interest and progress on this capability in the following feature requests for the Cloud and Server versions respectively, make sure to add a vote to help us in prioritization efforts as covered in the "Implementation of New Features Policy" , and add yourself as a watcher if you would like to get updates on the status:
Regards,
Earl
