Hi community,
I am currently restructuring a projects JIRA set up.
the project consists of multiple scrum teams each with their own board.
What I have done is created a master Kanban board that allows me to track the progress of my features due within the next 3 months.
However, in order to limit the amount of manual updating required, I'd like to create a link between the team boards and the master Kanban board by automatically moving the feature to the next status once all user stories are done.
Example
when all user stories have passed the "test" status, my feature should move into review and when all user stories are in the "done" status my feature should move to done automatically.
is there a way to do this?
Thanks in advance
I am not sure if we there is a built-in way to achieve this. However, I would recommend you to check out this add-on: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215460/automation-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
