Hi there,
I'm setting up Advanced Roadmaps for TWO projects; with some core members but some floating resources.
Is there a way to have Shared Teams have multiple Associated issue sources?
Is there best practices to managing people that are consided shared across Multiple Jira projects?
Hi Lisy,
You can create Shared Teams by accessing Plans -> View Shared Teams -> Create Team. Once you have a Shared Team, you can add it in your plan's team view. Let us know if you need further help on this.
Thanks,
Sachithra
Hi @Lisy Kane
You should be able to create teams in Advanced Roadmaps. If the floating resources are consistent and are grouped into teams, I'd suggest creating teams for each group of resources so that you can assign them to various tasks/projects.

Hi Jacob,
So do you mean something like:
TEAMS
Project A - includes consistent people
Project B - includes concistent people
Engineers - floating engineers
Designers - floating designer
