Hi, i want to disable our Portfolio for JIRA. But there is 4 Plan. And i dont know that this 4 is active or old Plan. How can i know this? There is activity stream or activity history for Portfolio?
Hello,
Best thing to do would be to reach out to the creator of the plan to see if it is in use still, if you do not know who that is, you can pull this from the DB via:
SELECT "TITLE","CREATOR_ID" FROM "AO_D9132D_PLAN";
Next, removing the plan is not going to alter any of the actual issue data, it just delete the Plan and the plans configurations. If it is deleted but was still in use to recreate the plan would be time consuming, so it is best to get confirmation prior to committing to the delete.
Also if the Plan is the Pre 2.0 Classic Plan Layout but still in use and you want to upgrade the plan to new newer Live Plan Model check out the Live Plan Migration guide
Regards,
Earl
