Roll up feature issue

Roll up feature is working in the Jira portfolio plan but while doing review changes it is not getting saved in the particular jira ticket . Please find the attached snapshot. As seen in the below snapshot parent ticket CASYSFCS24  roll up target start and end dates is reflecting in the plan but not getting saved in the Jira parent ticket after doing review changes Roll up in plan.PNGNo target end and start dates set in Jira ticket.PNG

Hi @Famina Sangtani and welcome to the Community!

Your observation is correct. If you look closely at the screenshot of your plan, you will see that the rolled up value is displayed in italic. That means it is a calculated value, which you can see in the plan, but it is not persisted (not in your plan and not in Jira).

As it is not a persisted value, it does not get committed to Jira.
