I am also facing the same problem, particularly with capacity maps.

To import Jira data into Power BI using the Power BI Jira Connector, you can follow these steps:

1. Install the Power BI Jira Connector:
- Open Power BI Desktop.
- Click on "Get Data" in the Home tab.
- In the "Get Data" dialog, search for "Jira" in the search bar.
- Select "Jira" from the list of available connectors.
- Click "Connect."

2. Configure the Jira Connector:
- In the Jira Connector dialog, you'll need to provide your Jira server or cloud URL.
- Depending on your Jira setup, you may need to specify authentication details such as username and password or use API tokens for authentication.
- Click "Connect" or "OK" to establish the connection.

3. Choose Data to Import:
- After successfully connecting to your Jira instance, you'll be presented with a Navigator window that allows you to select the data you want to import.
- You can choose from various Jira entities like issues, projects, users, etc.
- Select the data you need, and click "Load" to import it into Power BI.

4. Transform and Load Data:
- Power BI will load the selected Jira data into the Power Query Editor.
- Here, you can perform data transformations, filtering, and cleaning operations to prepare the data for your reporting needs.
- Click "Close & Apply" once you're satisfied with the data transformations to load it into your Power BI report.

5. Create Visualizations:
- With the Jira data now available in Power BI, you can start creating visualizations and reports.
- Use Power BI's drag-and-drop interface to build charts, tables, and other visuals based on your Jira data.

6. Refresh Data:
- To keep your Power BI report up to date with the latest Jira data, you can schedule data refreshes.
- Configure data refresh settings in Power BI Service if you're publishing the report to the cloud, or in Power BI Desktop if you're working locally.

7. Publish and Share:
- Once you've created your Jira-powered reports and dashboards, you can publish them to Power BI Service (cloud) or share the Power BI Desktop file with others.

Remember to ensure that you have the necessary permissions and access to the Jira data you want to import. Additionally, the exact steps and options may vary depending on the specific version of the Power BI Jira Connector and your Jira setup, so refer to the connector's documentation for any specific details or updates.
