A Capacity bar is showing free capacity when it shouldn't.

My Sprint Capacity bar is showing full capacity per person, even though they are is supposed to be no capacity available and the sprint should be overbooked.

I can see from your screenshot that you have 323 uncommitted changes on your plan, could you please commit them and let me know if you still see the free capacity over there?
