Tempo Reports - Week Starts on Tuesday?

I have found similar answers to this issue, but none of them seem to really help me out.  One of those pages being - https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/spaces/TEMPO/pages/172785887/Configuring+periods+and+start+dates+for+Timesheets

When a user access Tempo Reports, and they want to change from the default month to a week view and click apply, they will see a week report, but it starts on a Tuesday.

We would like to change this to Monday if at all possible.

Now i did find a work around, and that is to click the Period option first, and then select week within the options provided, but it seems odd that the top Week option works like this.

Tempo Version 8.12.1, JIRA version 7.9.2
