No email recieved using Scriptrunner

Hi,

I have added the following script to a workflow transition in JIRA. When I run the preview the email looks fine, and when I do the transition of the issue the script looks like every thing wnet OK, but I do not receive the email. Does anyone know what to do?

Hi Marcela!

One thing to highlight is that the linked script is for custom fields, but component is a system field. There's a slightly different approach needed, but I don't appear to have an example to hand.

I have created a support ticket regarding this Adaptavist Library script for you at https://productsupport.adaptavist.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/49/ALISUP-211 and will have one of our developers help you out there :-)

We'll also amend the title of this script to be "Update a Custom Field..." so it's more clear.
