Need help, when we select value in one field, it shows only some values in other field.

We have a requirement based on two single select choice custom fields DAP Reason 1 DAP Reason 2 and 10 values in the DAP Reason 1 and 15 values in DAP Reason 2.

When we select DAP Reason 1 values, only some values are shown in the DAP Reason 2 field.
