Open Parent Issues with All the linked child issues Closed

I'm looking for an JQL query which can provide all the open parent issues where all the child issues are in Done status.

The request is somewhat similar to the one mentioned here --> https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Open-Parent-Issues-with-All-Subtasks-Closed/qaq-p/91012

Please find  below my JQL, which is not producing any results!!

category = "Fusion Feature" and System = 5G  and issuetype in ("Customer Feature", "Internal Feature") and issuefunction in parentsOf("issuefunction in linkedIssuesOf(\"issuefunction not in parentsOf('project = FPB and status != Done') and status != Done \") and status = Done")

 

Any suggestions?
