Jira Script Runner plugin.resource.directories ssytem variable not created

Good afternoon,

We are using Jira Script Runner: Version: 5.4.1, and Jira Server: 7.4.3

I have implemented a Web Panel with a css file for styling in our development environment, and everything worked great.

When I went to create this in our production environment, there was no success. I could not get the Web resource to take in the UI.

After looking into the issue, the system variable below does not exist in production.

plugin.resource.directories D:\Apps\Atlassian\ApplicationData\JIRA\scripts

What config file, or data base table do I need to modify to add this to our production environment.

In addition, what are all the system properties that are meant to be set, so that I can validate their existence in the production environment.
