Hi!
I have a listener on page creation and I need to get id of newly created page in ScriptRunner for Confluence Cloud. Please, let me know how to do that.
Thank you
Hiya!
Getting the page id is a lot simpler than you may expect! You can do so by adding the following snippet to your Script Listener:
logger.warn "Page ID: " + page.id
For future reference, you can click the 'Show Me' button, within the Script Context section, you can view the parameters available to you when your script runs!
When you are listening for a Page Created event you have access to the page returned from a Get Content REST call and the linked page displays all of the properties available to you when your new page is returned.
Feel free to let me know if you have any further questions!
Thanks,
Lee
