Hi,
Basically we would like to use story points (using them as a time measurement) and not the time tracking, however, for one of our plugins, we need the original time estimate field to be populated, so I am trying to copy the value of the story points into the original time estimate field, which proves complicated.
I manage to get the value of the story points and to edit the original estimate field, however, I cannot copy one into the other
here is what I have
import com.atlassian.jira.component.ComponentAccessor;
def issueManager = ComponentAccessor.getIssueManager()
def customFieldManager = ComponentAccessor.getCustomFieldManager()
def StoryPoints = customFieldManager.getCustomFieldObject("10002")
def sp = issue.getCustomFieldValue(StoryPoints)
long sps = (long) sp * 60 * 60
issue.setOriginalEstimate ( sps )
