I am planning to have Jira Service Desk and Jira Software split in 2 differents instances. When an agent escalates, it creates an issue in Jira Software and link it to the ticket in JSD via a remote link. Then when the issue gets resolved in Jira Software, it should trigger a tranistion in the ticket.
Are there any guidelines/examples on how to achieve the latter using scriptrunner within a postfunction?
