Just trying out Forms for Confluence (using the Confluence Mail Server) & the forms I created do not seem to be submitting.
I have checked that Confluence mail server is working. There is nothing in the error queue either. The issue appears to be with Submit button not 'firing', but I am not sure how to diagnose.
I have created a Form Configuration with the recipient as myself. I have noticed the "collector" is "Email Relay" but there is no option to change this.
Then I have a Confluence page with a "Forms" macro (using the Form Configuration as a destination)
Within the Forms marco I have a couple of fields (Datapicker, Dropdown x2, User Picker.
When the submit button is clicked it says "Submitting" and then it just hangs like that
Appreciate any help on this :)
Solved:
After checking Confluence logs we saw that the Refined Theme plugin was blocking this
Workaround was to create a Confluence page for this Form and then use the IncludePage macro in the Refined Theme page (instead of just creating Confluence content inline)

@tuxiaolin2367 depends on how you have added the form. What type of page do you have it in (is it a vanilla confluence page?) are there macros it's contained within.
Got a screenshot of a form in edit mode? Maybe I'll be able to spot something. (If not try the vendor?)
Realised after originally posting the reply that I removed this application and replaced with ConfiForms, which I found more usable :)
